It doesn’t come easy for us to ask for help but we have no choice, the circumstances are tough.

HIGH ON YOGA have to pay back the entire Covid help from 2021 and the ridiculously enormously taxes related to it. At the moment it is around €25.000 overall. This is because our studio did not close or reduced operations back in the pandemic times so even though we did not earn, rather the opposite for most of 2021, we showed an increased revenue comparing to the years before Covid when we had a smaller space.

This was a crazy and tough time back in 2021 when I decided to run the classes as usual in order to keep work for our yoga teachers working for the studio, to sustain our community and people who depended on yoga and spirituality in these hard times.

All this now ‘pays off’ after 3 years and we are not sure what to do. Frankly, I have been devastated and trying to process it all alone but then I thought — an action together can make a change.

That’s why HIGH ON YOGA is asking for your help to survive in the long term. The campaign goal is €10 000 to help us go though the tough times in these circumstances and allow to keep offering our best for you. In the meantime, we will work hard to manage or reduce the huge liability I mentioned earlier.
