in Goa, India

Healing starts here

With this holistic journey to India you will step into the year 2025 with a new outlook: literally – at the wonderful sight of our spiritual resort in Goa; and metaphorically – with a glow, peace unity in your body, mind and soul.

This retreat will combine yoga practice with a tropical adventure to open the new year with a feeling of wholeness.

Sacred India: Journey to roots of yoga

Recharge after a long winter in a spectacular place with like-minded people. Hop on the journey and immerse yourself in the ancient roots of yoga amidst the tranquil beaches of the very special region of Goa in India.

Mateusz, the HIGH ON YOGA creator and yoga teacher in Berlin and Kavin, Indian native, yoga teacher and world heritage professional based in Germany invite you to an authentic journey to the motherland of yoga.

We will embark on a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation to this sacred land where yoga was born.

Tropical nature and Goan beaches

Our retreat offers a unique blend of yoga practices, exploring Indian nature & heritage as well as Goa’s pristine beaches.

Goan culture blends Portuguese influences with rich Indian traditions, creating a unique tapestry of music, cuisine, and architecture. You will immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of Goa as we explore its vibrant landscape and picturesque beaches.

In addition to daily yoga sessions in the quiet surrounding of our resort, we will embark on a few adventures, like mindful bird watching, boating in mangrove waters or visiting historical sights. If not on the beach, we will have Indian cooking lessons and workshop on creating sacred mandalas.

Goa is a unique place
