Our schedule to a beautiful transformation:

Every day of the training is different and filled with new topics and experience. We are meeting on Saturday and Sunday, sometimes every second week, sometimes more often. This is a typical Teacher Training weekend:

  • On some weekends you will be trying the cleansing techniques like neti pot.

    On other days outside of the weekend we might invite you for an evening sound meditation or a satsang with mantra.

    Also, towards the end of the 200h Training you will be shadowing and then assisting classes at the HIGH ON YOGA studio.
